How wholesale buying works

Buying wholesale at El Roble is a conversation: you build your order, we confirm availability and quote the shipping, and you pay once everything is agreed.

  1. Apply for your wholesale account

    Fill in the application with your business details: company, tax ID, phone and address. We review every application and email you when your account is approved.

  2. Build your purchase order

    With your account approved you see wholesale prices. Add what you need to the cart and submit your purchase order — no payment yet. If a product shows "Backorder", include it anyway: we source it from our suppliers.

  3. We confirm and quote

    Our team reviews your order, confirms availability and agrees the shipping with you: we quote the freight or arrange in-store pickup. We adjust the order until it is exactly what you need.

  4. You pay, we dispatch

    Once the order is settled we send you the payment link: PayPal or bank transfer (Zelle). With payment confirmed, we prepare and dispatch your goods.
